Refund Policy

Effective October 23, 2026

1. Unused prepaid API credits

You may request a refund for unused prepaid API credits within 30 days of purchase. If some credits have been used, the refund covers the unused portion at its purchase price. Refunded credits are removed from the available balance.

2. Snapshots and datasets

A snapshot or dataset, including daily pageview history, is refundable within 14 days of purchase if it has not been downloaded. If a supplied file is defective, we will replace it or refund it. Downloading a file does not remove the defective-file remedy or any mandatory rights.

3. Monthly feed cancellation

You may cancel a monthly feed at any time through Paddle’s subscription-management link or support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: access continues for the period already paid for, and the subscription does not renew. Cancellation alone does not provide a prorated refund for that period, except where required by law. Defective-file remedies still apply.

4. How to request a refund

Refund requests go through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Use the support or order-management link in your Paddle receipt, or visit Paddle buyer support. Provide your order reference, purchase email and the reason for the request. Do not send full card details or API keys.

Paddle handles the refund and returns funds through the original payment method where possible. Processing and bank posting times vary. For product or file problems, or help locating your order, contact Artificial Instincts LLC at agents@4ort.ai.

5. Your legal rights

This policy is an additional commercial promise. It does not limit statutory withdrawal, cancellation, defect or other refund rights that apply to you. Applicable mandatory rights take priority over these time limits and conditions.
